Substrates:
Substrates refers to the media to which the vinyl graphics is to be applied.

Acrylic:
Most commonly refered to asPlexiglas, this material is used to create backlight signs in signboxes and other lit applications.  This acrylic sheet is lightweight, rigid thermoplastic that has many times the breakage resistance of standard window pane glass.  It is highly resitant to weather conditions.  These sheets are sawed, machined, thermoformed and cemented into sign systems.  We use well known types such as Acrylite & Cyro.  It is available in many colors, including clear.  We stock 1/8", 3/16" & 1/4" sheets for different applications.

Aluminum:
Durable and lightweight sign material which ensures smooth surface for vinyl application.   Also used to construct illuminated signboxes and signframes.  Most sign blanks for real estate signs and construction signs are aluminum.  We stock .032 & .040 gauge in many colors.  In addtion, we stock street signblanks and real estate blanks in white aluminum.

Celtec:
This PVC based rigid plastic board is ideal for creating economical outdoor signage, or for creating indoor promotional signs.  Celtec will not rust, rot or peel.  It's ultra smooth surface and wide color selection can be utilized for sign blanks or wall signs.  We stock 2mil and 3mil sheets in many colors.

Coroplast:
The most economical sign making choice.  Coroplast is translucent, durable, lightweight, weatherproof, stain resistant and tough.  It's plastic corugated cardboard qualities are perfect for promotional events, and other applications where cost is a factor.  We carry the standard 4mil thickness in many colors.

MDO Board:
Medium Density Overlay (MDO) panels are 5/8" thick sheets of high grade plywood with a special coating which makes it perfect for outdoor signs which need solid support.   It's cost comparable to plywood, yet comes prefinished and ready for vinyl graphics.  We carry 5/8" sheets in white.

Omega Board:
These panels have a high gloss finish of .015 aluminum laminated to both sides of a mahogany plywood core.  The resulting material is strong, rigid and weatherproof.   Omega Board comes with a color matched plastic snap trim to create a neat complete sign system.  We carry it in 1/2" white sheets. 

Banners
All banner material is certainly not created equal!  The following are different grades of banner material and their corresponding uses:

Polyethylene & Tyvek:
Used for short term banners only.  Typical ultra low cost approach.  Banner material not good quality and creates low grade looking product.  We do not carry either of these types of material because of the lack of quality.

10 Ounce Vinyl:
Used for promotional banners and indoor activities.  Surface finish is same as 12 & 14 Oz material, but strictly used for short term economical banners.  We carry sizes from 2'x6' to 4'x20'.  Available in white only.

12 Ounce Vinyl:
Used for indoor or outdoor applications.  Strong and durable, it can be used for seasonal sales year after year.  It's smooth finish and grommetted holes for hanging make it the perfect banner for many customers.  We carry sizes from 2'x4' to 6'x20'.   Available in seven colors.

14 Ounce BannerMax Vinyl:
Used for heavy duty outdoor applications, including streetfairs and major festivals.   Available in one sided or double sided material, we carry sizes from 2'x4' to 8'x30'.  Colors include white, maroon, yellow, black, orange, blue, ivory, & red.
